A LazLight task lamp is $239 plus $15 shipping and handling in the 48 states .
Florida residents add 6% sales tax.

A replacement bulb is $12 no shipping and handling in the 48 states.
(For maximum performance and minimum ultraviolet radiation,
a lazlight replacement bulb is strongly recommended).

Return Policy:
You can return your LazLight within 30 days freight prepaid, in original packing; you must have a
return goods authorization number on the outside of box, or return will not be accepted.
Contact info@LazLight.com for authorization number.
You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
Please repack with care as this is a handmade lamp.
