LAZLIGHT 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

LazLight, Inc. will repair defects in material and workmanship at no charge to the consumer (including the light bulb). For three (3) years from date of purchase.
** This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, tampering or neglect. LazLight, Inc. will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

WARRANTY SERVICE

Warranty service applies to lamp and light bulb.

Retain the purchase receipt. A copy of this receipt must be submitted in order to obtain service.

Please contact LazLight, Inc. before returning your lamp.

Please pack very well; you are responsible for the safe return of your lamp to LazLight, Inc.  

When your lamp is repaired we will return the lamp to you freight paid at our expense (contiguous 48 United States only).

If you believe light bulb is non-functioning, please contact us to discuss as, in fact, it may be something else; if it is the light bulb, return and we will ship another to you at no charge freight paid at our expense (contiguous 48 United States only).
